Event Timing
When you book with us, you’ll choose the timing that feels right for your event:
DAYTIME EVENT
includes up to 4 hours of event time
and concludes by 2pm
EVENING EVENT
includes up to 4 hours of event time
and takes place between 4pm - 11pm
ALL-DAY EVENT
includes up to 8 hours of event time
and takes place between 7am - 11pm
Every booking also includes one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown.
Additional hours may be added to daytime or evening timeframes for $250 each, pending availability.
Venue Fees + Food & Beverage Minimums
CEREMONY FEE
We’d be honored to host your ceremony. Our $500 fee includes one additional hour of venue access, chair setup and breakdown, and a 30-minute rehearsal one business day before the event, pending availability. Venue fees and food & beverage minimums still apply.
SERVICE CHARGE
Our service charge is 25%. This charge
is designed to support the entire team involved in your event. It includes event leads, servers, bartenders, our culinary team, and the behind-the-scenes efforts of our operations and sales staff.
No additional gratuity is required.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The food & beverage minimum is the minimum amount we ask you to spend on our various menu offerings. This minimum doesn't include venue fees, service charges, taxes, or any extra bells and whistles, like rentals or additional venue hours.

Our tax rates are set by the city of Charleston and the state of South Carolina. Below is a helpful chart for clarity.

Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, ACH, checks, or cash. We require a valid credit card on file. No matter how you choose to pay, we do not add any extra payment processing fees, a standard that sets us apart.
